I bring over a decade of experience designing and scaling learning systems for complex organizations. My work spans hands-on instructional design, program development, and team enablement that support sustainable learning at scale. I have:

• facilitated 200+ hours of workshops, institutes, and professional learning,
• Authored in-house documentation and training libraries that makes teams successful in their work, and,
• Developed dozens of interactive educational resources using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other tools appropriate to context and scale.

In my ten years of work, I have:

• Developed and maintained relationship with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring all training and development needs were met and aligned with unit goals
• Created teams from scratch, including designers, quality control, and technical support
• Developed designers and technical support members in a variety of settings and formats to ensure consistent quality across the team
• Communicated clear expectations and developed SOPs and promoted autonomy while emphasizing accountability
